Hemant Soni leads the end-to-end design and delivery of large-scale platforms that power AI-driven transformation and customer experience for Fortune 500 enterprises and emerging startups. His work sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, generative and agentic AI, and BSS/OSS modernization.
By integrating machine learning and real-time data, he has helped enterprise customer-experience platforms evolve into AI-driven decisioning engines that process large volumes of customer profiles at low latency, supporting conversion, retention and operational efficiency.
His expertise spans reinforcement-learning decisioning, predictive analytics, enterprise integration, billing, order management and customer-experience platforms, with deep domain knowledge across 5G and MVNO architectures. He is the creator of the DICE framework and a Forbes Technology Council contributor writing on AI in telecom.
